Olaoluwa Ogunbode is a detailed, result-driven construction management professional with demonstrated experience of over ten years encompassing conceptualizing, planning, scheduling, budgeting and managing multiple projects and deadlines from pre-construction phase to final closeout.
He began his career as a site Engineer with La-Mod Engineering services Ltd and was part of the construction team of Glorious University, Ogwa, Edo State. He was also part of the pioneer team of Aristocratic Investment project sitting on 56 plots of land at Sango Otta, Ogun state. He thereafter proceeded to stable shelters Ltd where he was the project Engineer for Red Worth1 mini estate, a 21 units terrace at Lekki, Lagos.
Having developed a strong analytical mind, He ably served as the construction Manager for purple Capital partners where he performed excellently on a project conceptualization to the handing over of the project. While in purple Capital partners, he spearheaded the construction of a project worth over one billion Naira which is “Bishops Gate Residence,” a 32-unit terrace located at lekki. He had also constructed various private residences at Royal Garden, Ajah, Harmony Estate, Green-land Estate and many more.
Olaluwa James is the pioneer Managing Partner of Ratson Base Construction Limited. He is trained in both Project Management and Health, Safety and Environment. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the polytechnics of Ibadan, Oyo Sate.
Mr Daniel Ezeani is an experienced project Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information Technology services industry.
A PMP and ITIL 4 Foundation Certified IT Management Consultant with over 4 years’ experience in training and Consultancy. He has worked over 13 IT projects.
He has trained and consulted for individuals and corporate organization in Project Management.
He is currently the Lead Consultant of Danez Consulting Limited where he provides Project Management Training and Consultancy services.
A Civil Engineer with over 8 years of technical experience in buildings & Industrial Plant Construction.
He has worked on diverse projects in the industry, among a host of several others are a world class high-tech project in Nigeria, the DANGOTE FERTILIZER, OIL REFINERY & GAS PLANT PROJECT in Lagos – Nigeria.
He holds Master’s degree in Construction Management from University of Lagos, Akoka-Lagos, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, ile-ife, Nigeria & a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State.
He is proficiently vast in the use of CADs for Design & Drafting.
A descriptive cross-sectional survey of all infertile women attending the Gynaecological Clinic of the University College Hospital, Ibadan, between January and June 2014. One hundred and eighty-one self-administered questionnaires were distributed to all consenting infertile women.
Data collected included sociodemographic variables, such as age, religion, family structure, occupation, and educational level. Other information obtained included the type of infertility, duration of infertility alongside the awareness and perceptions about AID and the acceptability of the procedure if required.
Data analysis was done using statistical package for social sciences (IBM SPSS, New York) version 21. Frequency distribution, cross-tabulation, and test of significance with Chi-square were generated. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential at 95% confidence interval, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
